Brisbane Festival's team have a demonstrated history of developing, producing and delivering large-scale events and complex projects as well as securing and developing high level partnerships and sponsors.   The team has built strong relationships with nationally and internationally acclaimed artists and arts organisations around the world.

Brisbane Festival has successfully commissioned, produced and delivered international arts festivals and forums such as Earth Dialogues Brisbane 2006 World Forum, chaired by Mikhail Gorbachev and Australian works for tour including JOHNNO, the stage adaptation of David Malouf’s iconic novel which toured to the UK’s Derby Playhouse and WINNERS which toured to Pompidou Centre in Paris. 

Brisbane Festival also creatively produced the Opening Celebrations of Queensland’s Millennium Arts Project, Peoples Day and The Q150Shed as part of Queensland’s 150th Birthday Celebrations in 2009.
