The night sky is our final canvas.
Sunsuper Riverfire is Queensland’s ultimate fireworks display, wrapping up Brisbane Festival with a bang.
The display first dazzled us in 1998 – so this is the 20th time the Brisbane sky has come alive so brilliantly.
To celebrate, with more than 20 minutes of fireworks, we’ll chart the musical memories of the last 20 years, from 1998 right up to the present.
Spectators will also be wowed by aerobatics from the Australian Defence Force with RAAF Super Hornet and Army helicopter displays.*
Crowds can tune in to Triple M’s live broadcast or Channel Nine’s exclusive television coverage from 6:30pm.
South Bank is an alcohol-free space for Sunsuper Riverfire.
Please do not bring pets, bikes and scooters, drink bottles with broken seals (including bottles of water or soft drink), glass, knives or alcohol to South Bank. These items will be confiscated by South Bank security staff.
