#Production Administrator

A key role that sits across the Technical and Programming departments providing strong administrative support.

About You

You are a team player who is passionate about arts and events, good systems and processes, with experience in arts administration and a familiarity with event operations and logistical requirements. You're proficient in database and project management software, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and exceptional time management abilities.

The Position

Working with the Production Coordinator, this is a key role that sits across the Technical and Programming departments providing strong administrative support. Responsibilities include overseeing production systems, coordinating key processes for the annual Brisbane Festival program, managing logistical requirements, ensuring seamless communications, and supporting budget management, all while maintaining meticulous filing systems and providing assistance to department heads and interns as needed. This role will commence Monday 17 June for an 18 week contract, finishing up week ending Friday 18 October.
