#Creative Producer

We seek a passionate individual with excellent people management skills and experience working with artists.

The Creative Producer will manage and lead the delivery of delegated projects within the artistic program of Brisbane Festival, reporting to the Program Director and delivering projects within agreed timelines and set budgets. This role may include supervision of Associate Producers and Project Coordinators where applicable and management of community engagement, artists, contractors, schedules, budgets, contracts, reports and correspondence.


There are several different Creative Producer positions within the team for 2025. These positions are Short Term (Full-Time) contracts with varied start dates depending on the project, with start dates falling between February – July. All positions end in early October.

#Associate Producer

Do you have experience producing events, are highly organised and collaborative with a passion for delivering art to audiences?

Brisbane Festival’s Associate Producers work with the Producers to deliver various projects within the artistic program for Brisbane Festival. The Associate Producer is responsible for assisting in delivering delegated projects, liaising with artists and coordinating artist logistical requirements.

#City of Gold Coast Professional Placement Program - Marketing Coordinator

To support the development of Gold Coast-based arts and culture personnel, the City of Gold Coast is a offering mid-career creative worker the opportunity to undertake a paid Professional Placement at Brisbane Festival.

The Marketing Coordinator – Partnerships will support the Marketing Team to deliver a wide range of marketing deliverables and communications outcomes for Brisbane Festival’s valued government, corporate, social, media, and venue partners. 

The Marketing Coord – Partnerships, will be mentored by the Marketing Manager and the Digital Lead, getting an in-depth hands-on opportunity to learn how Australia’s largest international arts festival develops and presents a broad program of more than 70+ events, including the city-wide public celebration of Riverfire.
