Brand Coordinator

Brisbane Festival is seeking a proactive Brand Coordinator to support the delivery of consistent, high-quality brand and marketing outputs across print, digital and onsite signage.
We’re looking for an organised, detail-driven coordinator to support the Brand & Content Manager with day-to-day brand delivery, working closely across marketing, design, digital and external suppliers to keep workflows moving, budgets tracked, and assets delivered on time.
With a strong focus on web content management, this role oversees website maintenance, implements content updates, and manages web agency relationships to support Brisbane Festival’s most impactful marketing channel.
The Brand Coordinator will also undertake lower-complexity design tasks to free senior capacity, contribute to content management, digital execution and reporting, and support campaign marketing for select productions within the Brisbane Festival program.
This is a fixed-term 6 month contract with a mix of part-and full-time hours, commencing 20 April and ending 11 October.

Marketing Officer - Content & Engagement
If you love shaping words that move people, this role is for you. Ideal for a detail-obsessed writer/editor who also loves a clean workflow, you’ll lead end-to-end EDM production and create channel-ready copy that helps audiences discover, choose and book their Festival experience.
As an essential connector between our artists’ creative vision and our audiences, you’ll ensure Brisbane Festival’s incredible shows and events are communicated with clarity, energy and impact.
The Marketing Officer - Content & Engagement works closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver high-quality copywriting, EDM production and audience communications that support Brisbane Festival’s campaigns and program. The role also develops community outreach communications content (templates, partner toolkits and community-facing copy), and provides administrative and reporting support. This role also supports a program delegation.

Marketing Officer - Digital Lead
If you love bringing a brand to life on social, this role is for you.
Equal parts creative and organised, you’ll lead Brisbane Festival’s day-to-day social execution for Brisbane’s favourite high-profile festival, working with an already highly engaged audience and a constant stream of standout content opportunities, from creating up-to-the-minute, behind the scenes video, channel planning and liaising with our external content contractors for content production through to community management and reporting, helping grow reach, engagement and audience connection at scale. Brisbane Festival reaches millions of people each year and you will be in the forefront of the conversation.
The Marketing Officer – Digital Lead works closely with the Marketing Manager to execute Brisbane Festival’s social strategy across all our platforms. This role owns the social content workflow (briefs, shoots, edits, approvals, scheduling and publishing) with support from the Marketing Manager, delivers weekly and post-campaign reporting, coordinates partner deliverables on social (collabs, tags, UGC and content inclusions), and manages day-to-day community management including an escalation pathway for issues and complaints.
The role also provides administrative and reporting support and supports a program delegation.

Ticketing Lead
Hot ticket item, coming right up! Brisbane Festival is looking for an experienced ticketing professional with a passion for collaboration and customer service to deliver the Festival’s ticketing operations.
Reporting to the Ticketing & CRM Manager, the role will manage ticketing requirements for Festival functions, liaise with internal and external ticketing stakeholders, and oversee ticketing tasks including ticket builds and delivery, complimentary ticket management and box office operations.
This role plays at the intersection of Programming, Development, and Marketing departments while also supporting external relationships to the ticketing teams of Festival venues and ticketing staff. The Ticketing Lead will demonstrate an extremely organized approach with impeccable attention to detail, an ability to thrive in fast-paced arts environments and a genuine skill in developing positive, collaborative working relationships at all levels.
