Airtable Developer

Join Brisbane Festival as our Airtable Developer and help shape the systems that power one of Australia’s leading cultural organisations.

We’re seeking a skilled Airtable Developer to design smart database structures, streamline workflows, and support cross-team collaboration across the Festival’s operations. This part-time role reports to the Marketing and Communications Director and is open to Brisbane-based or remote applicants.

Production Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)

Calling all team players, who are passionate about arts and events, and good systems and processes.

The Production Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover) role supports the Program Director and Technical Director in coordinating their departments, including developing systems and processes, providing high level training and administrative support, and managing Festival logistics requirements to ensure efficient delivery of productions, programs, and events.

This full-time role will commence on Tuesday 27 January 2026 and end Friday 16 October 2026.
