Premium Theatre and Dining Experience Terms & Conditions
General 1. General 1.1. These terms and conditions apply to the competition ("Competition") conducted by Brisbane Festival. 1.2. By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 2. Eligibility 2.1. The Competition is open to all residents of or visitors to Australia aged 18 years and over. 2.2. Employees, directors, and officers of Brisbane Festival, their immediate families, and any agencies or companies associated with the Competition are ineligible to enter. 3. Competition Entry 3.1. The Competition entry period begins on Tuesday 9 June 2026 and ends on Sunday 2 August 2026. 3.2. To enter the Competition, participants must submit an entry form. 3.3. Multiple entries will not be counted. Each participant is limited to one eligible entry. 3.4. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or indecipherable will be deemed invalid. 4. Prize 4.1. The prize consists of (2) tickets to Tiri: Te Araroa Woman Far Walking on Saturday 12 Sep, 6:30pm at the Brisbane Powerhouse. (1) Food and Beverage voucher valued at $200 for The Fifty-Six. 4.2. The total value of the prize is $319 4.3. The Prize must be taken as offered and is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives in whole or in part. 5. Winner Selection and Notification 5.1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. 5.2. The draw will take place on Tuesday 4 August 2026. 5.3. The winner will be notified by email within 24 hours of the draw. 5.4. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the notification, Brisbane Festival reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. 6. Prize Redemption 6.1. The winner must claim the Prize within 24 hours of being notified. 6.2. The Prize will be arranged by Brisbane Festival and Volvo to the date of the experience will be subject to availability. 7. Use of Personal Information 7.1. By entering the Competition, participants consent to Brisbane Festival using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Competition and awarding the Prize. 7.2. Brisbane Festival may use the winner's name, image, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes without further compensation. 7.3 By entering the Competition, participants consent to Brisbane Festival using their personal information for the purpose of sending personalised marketing information regarding future events that may be relevant to the participant. 8. Liability 8.1. Brisbane Festival shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant as a result of entering the Competition or accepting and using the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. 8.2. Brisbane Festival reserve the right to amend or cancel the Competition if an event beyond their control corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition. 9. Governing Law 9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the Competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
