Flamenco is an art form with centuries of history, born in Andalucía, Spain from the fusion of music, dance, and traditions of different cultures. In 2010, Flamenco was officially recognised by UNESCO as ‘Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity’, acknowledging its cultural, historical, and emotional value. The mission of Flamenco House Brisbane is to honour this heritage while keeping it alive and evolving in Australia.
