#Getting Here

By Ferry

There are 2 CityCat terminals at Northshore – Brett’s Wharf terminal at the western end and Northshore Hamilton terminal at the eastern end located near the Northshore Riverside Park.

There are over 50 departures from the Northshore Hamilton and Brett’s Wharf terminals each day (Monday to Friday).

A CityCat departs approximately every 15-20 minutes during peak times, plus an additional 5 express services from Brett’s Wharf.

Driving or Riding

Northshore Brisbane is accessible off Kingsford Smith Drive via Theodore Street, Remora Road and Northshore Way, allowing easy access from all directions.

Portside Wharf Parking: Underground parking is available. Please check the website for costs and access hours.

Event Parking: If you are visiting Northshore Brisbane for an event, there is often free parking available nearby. To find out more about events at Northshore Brisbane, visit our What’s On page.

Pink Flamingo and Superordinary: Dock B Car Park is the best car park for easy access.

Eat Street: Dock C and Dock D Car Parks are your best spots for easy access to Eat Street on the weekends. This is free.

Please note: Dock A Car Park at 60-92 MacArthur Avenue will be closing in mid-2024, to allow for the start of early works on the Northshore Roads Program. Alternate parking will be available at Docks B, C and D, as detailed above.

By Bus

Service 302 – city to Northshore
Service 303 – Portside to Doomben Rail Station
Service 304 – Northshore to Racecourse Road
Service 305 – City commuter peak service

More than 30 bus services travel to and from Brett’s Wharf and the CBD in the mornings (approximately every 10 minutes).
25-minute bus ride to and from the CBD, or just over 10 minutes to Fortitude Valley.
Services run to and from the Northshore area along Kingsford Smith Drive, regularly stopping at Brett’s Wharf and Racecourse Road, Hamilton.
Majority of bus services also travel to and from South Bank and the Cultural Centre via the CBD.
Enhanced bus services improving connection to Northshore are expected in the coming year.

By Train

Northshore is only a short 15-minute walk away from two railway stations, Doomben and Ascot.

Doomben Line connects to other lines at Eagle Junction, only a few stops away.

By Bike

A riverside bike path can take you all the way from the Brisbane CBD to Northshore Brisbane.

Enjoy dedicated bike paths which grants access throughout the precinct.

By Foot

Whichever end of Northshore Brisbane you land at, Northshore’s shaded, riverfront paths ensure you can get to where you want to be.

Extending from Brett’s Wharf to Portside Wharf, enjoy a riverfront walk to shops, cafes and bars.

Pedestrian access extends along MacArthur Ave through to Eat Street, then on to Hamilton Reach along the river’s edge.

Using Ride Share

Use any of the Passenger Zones at Dock A, C, or D for drop-off or pick-up.
