Brisbane Festival and The Tivoli Present

Sultan of The Disco With Special Guests

30 Sept | The Tivoli

Australian Premiere

Inspired by soul/funk music from the ‘60s and ‘70s golden age, represented by the likes of Chic, Jackson 5, and Kool and the Gang, this five-piece Korean disco band delivers kooky vintage sounds to modern listeners.

After releasing their debut album ‘The Golden Age’ (2013), Sultan of the Disco have played to mammoth crowds at some of the world’s biggest festivals, including Glastonbury (UK), The Great Escape (UK), CMJ Music Marathon (USA), CMW (CAN), and Summer Sonic (Japan). They got the Glastonbury crowd dancing so much, they were invited back last year.

Cool costumes, cheeky lyrics, unique group dancing led by Nahzam (lead vocals) and J.J Hassan (dance) – it’s all there to get you dancing and moving with these disco-funk loving guys.

Be ready to get down.

Strictly for audiences 18+ years.
