#Momentum

By WOW (Women of the World) Australia

Moment /ˈməʊm(ə)nt/ noun
1. a point of time; the turning effect of a force

Momentum /mə(ʊ)ˈmɛntəm/ noun
1. mass in motion

March4Justice was a rare moment but how do we turn this moment into momentum? Why is inertia so powerful in this space, what are the forces sustaining inequality, and who or what is going to change them? And why did it take gender inequality striking at the heart of White middle Australia before our institutions sat up and took notice?

Three conversations tackle this from differing perspectives alongside performances reflecting the power of the arts to effect change.
