Lord Mayor's Children's Program Found Objects

An exhilarating, bold and epic dance theatre work.

Brisbane City Council proudly presents a special Lord Mayor’s Children’s Program for Brisbane Festival

Found Objects is an epic, family, dance- theatre work utilising everyday objects and five exceptional dance and physical theatre artists.

Choreographed by Shaun Parker and set to a stunning orchestral score by composer Nick Wales, the work creates a highly physical, extraordinary urban world incorporating high-octane contemporary dance, acrobatics, street dance, parkour and seemingly ordinary objects.

Found Objects consists of four stunning works: Axle, Spin, Hover and Trolleys.

Winner of the Argus Angel Award, in recognition of Artistic Excellence at Brighton Festival and Fringe.
