The ultimate World Music Extravaganza comes back to Moorooka
Back for year three, the crowd-favourite Moorooka Block Party will kick off Brisbane Festival’s Serenades program with an impressive line-up of Australia's finest First Nations and World Music performers, including Bustamento, back for their third year, Jungaji, one of only a small group of fluent Gugu Yalanji speakers left today, and Sahra Entertainment, a spicy Lebanese drumming performance that will have the crowd yelling 'Yallah'!
Bop, dance, jump, sing and revel in celebratory sounds, from afro beats to carnivalesque grooves, guitarra to gourds, didgeridoo to djembes to Saraswati veena.

Afro Moses
Afro is an artist singer dancer, and multi instrumentalist from Ghana. The first young performer featured on the GTV national news, he plays about 14 instruments.
Jungaji
Jungaji is a First Nations songman, visual artist, playwright, and activist who has been renowned in the Australian music industry for three decades.
Infusion
Infusion is an Australian based, contemporary world fusion band with members from all around the world. Infusion is about creating a modern, fresh, energetic and young sound for all.
