Treasury Brisbane Arcadia
This is Festival central.
Designed by Arkhefield, this is a social space for the senses with immaculate river views, bountiful show-stopping experiences, and plentiful food and drink. It’s free to enter, day and night.
Be inspired at the nightly light-and-laser river spectacular that tells the story of Maiwar.
Get lost in House of Mirrors, with its kaleidoscopic chambers, voids, doorways and 15 tonnes of mirrors, and be delighted, amazed and – sometimes – frightened.
Be scared in complete darkness at Séance, the startling sensory experience that blurs the boundaries of perception.
Get captured by the magic of the Renegades, a travelling troupe of performers inhabiting the site by night with free street performances in the main arena.
Be delighted by the big-name stars, top-end music acts and circus bravery in The Courier-Mail Spiegeltent, with its gorgeous stained glass and mirrors.
The place-to-be bar. Shake your groove thing to Brisbane’s finest drag queens while enjoying our favourite Festival frosé. Join the glamour, enjoy close encounters with Festival artists, lap up late night DJs and become that dancing queen.
Revel in the electric buzz of our late-night pop-up parties. An eclectic road show of established local promotors brings the best of Brisbane’s venues to an outdoor night of dancing, DJs and entertainment, right on the banks of the mighty Brisbane River.
